Our policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Sale items are final sale
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
How to return
- Email hello@momooli.com.au with your order number
- We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions
- Post your items back — refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
